Congratulations to Aissata Kone on being named our Home Health Aide for the month of January! Aissata, who began working for VNSW at Home in April 2013, is a reliable and considerate HHA that shows up on time, clocks in and out using our electronic verification process (HHAX), and captures the proper tasks codes on every shift. She also goes above and beyond for our clients who are thankful for her compassion and the services that she provides to them. Aissata also helps our Coordinators when they are in a pinch and need a last-minute fill-in for an uncovered shift. Aissata sets a great example for other HHA's to strive for and she is a pleasure to work with.
